Andy is a self-employed Personal training and sports injury therapist. Andy was also a back row player for the club a few years ago, so as well has having some excellent professional credentials; he also has a real-world working knowledge of our sport.

The club and Andy have agreed the following terms to help support our players on and off the pitch, at no cost to the recipients.

From January 2006: On match days, Andy will be available to for pre match taping, strapping and some massage treatments. It is advisable to let Andy know in advance if you require treatment, so that Andy can plan his time accordingly.

We will also be making use of Andy’s personal training stills prior to kick-off, as he will help during the team warm-up.

Andy will also be pitch-side during matches offering the team first-aid and injury cover.

Post match Andy will be briefly on hand to advise on any knocks you have picked up.

In the meantime, Andy is also offering members of the club a number of discounted rates, so you can make the most of his other skills as much as possible.

For £25.00 Andy will come to your home for an injury treatment session.*

If you can travel to Andy, this rate drops to just £20.00 per session.*

Andy is also offering his personal training programme building services for £25.00. This includes a 1 hour initial consultation and a 1-hour follow-up review.

* In Andy’s own word’s a ‘session’ will be as long as it takes, but will normally be between 35 minutes to an hour.
