Dear Players (old, current & new), Vice Presidents, Committeemen, Club Volunteers, Supporters and of course Partners,

Please join us at Bowood’s Golf & Country Club on Friday the 24th of June, for our end of season celebration. All are invited to join us as we look back, on what has been a truly fantastic season on and off the pitch, and reward those who have gone that extra mile to help the results on the pitch and the progress made off it.

On the back of what has clearly been an excellent season for the club, our event organisers have also gone the extra mile and created what is going to be the social highlight of the season, in the magnificent surroundings of Bowood. Tickets are only £20 per person and the demand for tickets is expected to be very high indeed. Tickets will be issued, by the organisers, on a first come first served basis. Please take your payment, in an envelope marked for Gemma Hope-Smith’s attention, to the Club’s bar. In the envelope, also put the name of the persons you require tickets for and an address for the tickets to be sent to. It is very highly recommended that you do this before the end of May! Also please do not assume that tickets are being kept back for you as you are a committeeman or an award winner, please book you tickets, as above, as soon as you can.

The event starts at 1900hrs sharp and dress is Black Tie for the gentlemen and Evening Gowns for the ladies. Please also join in the fundraising event throughout the evening and support your club, as no profit is being made from ticket sales this year. Our quickly developing junior and tag sections require all our support, as does the increasing number of our social activities. In the coming season the club plans to become even more socially active off the field!!
